Nathan Nudelman is a commercial real estate and real estate finance practice attorney with specific expertise in condominiums and cooperatives, including commercial, mixed-use and residential projects. He has represented numerous sponsors in New York City co-ops and condominiums, as well as representing buyers (individual and bulk-sale), sellers, developers, condominium boards and other clients in various commercial and residential real estate transactions. His transactional experience includes purchases, sales, financings and leasing with respect to a wide variety of properties such as office buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities, cooperatives, and condominiums throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece LLP in March 2003, Nathan was an associate with the real estate group at the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton.
