Steven Koppell practices general commercial real estate law, with an emphasis in office and retail leasing. Steven has represented both landlords and tenants in office and retail transactions throughout the country.
Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece in April 2024, Steven was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where his practice focused on the negotiation, structuring and documentation of various real estate transactions, including the leasing, acquisition, disposition and development of commercial properties. In addition, Steven has handled a broad range of sophisticated real estate financing transactions.
Steven has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Real Estate Law by the New York Super Lawyers for calendar years 2020 through 2023 and has been named to the Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch list for calendars years 2023 and 2024.
